2 ways to order your yearbook today!

1. To use a credit card to order your yearbook online go to https://www.yearbookordercenter.com, and use order number 13562.

2. Call 1-866-287-3096 to order with a credit card over the phone. Know the package you want to purchase, and use order number 13562.

Please include your first and last name, your child's first and last name, and your child's grade. Thank you.

Senior Ad Information

Senior Ad Form- Due by October 5th

SENIOR MAKEUP PICTURES: October 1st and 2nd during the student's Titan Time

Sign-up form will be distributed in Titan Time by Mid-September

There is a $20 sitting fee payable to Herff Jones

OUTSIDE PHOTOGRAPHER INFORMATION

If you use an outside photographer, the following specifications must be met in order to have the picture in the yearbook:

1- A $50 processing fee must be paid at the time the photo is submitted

- check only made out to Dominion High School with the student's name and

senior picture in the memo line

2- One picture only on a disc or thumb drive

-The picture must be with a light blue background

-Boys will be in a tux

-Girls will be in a drape

-The photo will be 640x800 at a minimum of 300 dpi

-anything less than this will not be processed

3- Everything needs to be turned in to Mr. Schwartz in one envelope with the student's name and senior picture on it by Friday, October 19, 2012
