Welcome Back to another great year of Health and Wellness and of course Physical Education.
"COMMIT TO BE FIT"
After many days of sun, fun and relaxation I am looking forward to working with all of our Road Runners this year.
 
Each student grades 1-5 will have P.E. 3 times a week for a total of 90 minutes a week. 
Students are required to wear sneakers/tennis shoes on their P.E. days.  This will ensure their safe participation.
 
A great breakfast, healthy lunch and a good nights rest will help ensure everyone is ready for P.E.
 
I look forward to working with all of our returning students and meeting a lot of new faces this year!
