Spring is here!  Make sure you are taking the time to get outside and Play.  Young Athlete's need a minimum of 1 hour/60 minutes of Physical Activity a day.  Check out our Newletter/Calendar for Family Fitness Ideas.
Ask your students about Circuit Training.   

As we move into our last quarter of the year, 
here are some hints to what we will be doing.  
Students are required to wear sneakers on their P.E. Days.
Let's make 100% movement and participation our goals for the rest of the year!
