There are so many wonderful things that happen at Leesburg Elementary School and now you have the opportunity to express your gratitude to those who make everything possible at LES by writing a simple note of thanks or recognition. All notes will be displayed on the Sea of Thanks bulletin board outside the multipurpose room.  Parents, staff, and students are encouraged to show their gratitude to all the people who make Leesburg Elementary such a great school!
 Notes may be written on preprinted cards, note paper, or simply written on a piece of plain paper. You may also use the note of gratitude located below. Completed notes may be placed in the basket in the main office. You may send in a note with your child, and his/her teacher will make sure that it gets to the proper location.

    Congratulations Savannah Reger, Grace Riordan, Kate Sulek, Nikki Thomas, and Michaeline Tubman!
    The girls were honored  at the school board meeting by the Special Education Advisory Committee for their excellence in supporting special education.

    The ENERGY STAR is the mark of superior energy performance and identifies our school as one the most efficient buildings in the nation. By taking this important step along the path to energy efficiency, we are not only saving money – we are preventing the release of greenhouse gases and protecting the environment. This is the fourth year Leesburg Elementary School has received this honor.

    Our LES SCHOOL CALENDAR provides you with important and upcoming events and dates.  Please take a look at the calendar tab often as changes and/or additions occur daily.

    If due to a disability, you need assistance to enable you to participate meaningfully in the activities at Leesburg Elementary School, please contact an administrator at (571-252-2860) at least five working days prior to the event, meeting or conference.
