Cold weather is here! PLEASE help your child remember to wear or bring sneakers for PE. Schedules are available on our website under "When Does My Student Have PE."
Our Goal: To promote overall health and wellness and help guide students to be independent in their pursuit for life long fitness.
Weekly Challenge: Feb 9 - 15: Do 10 rocket blasters, 10 shoulder taps, & 10 leg lifts every day (even if it snows!). Challenge family members to do them with you!
Teach the Teacher: On day three of PE, tell Mrs. Kloes or Ms. Lewis about something active you enjoy doing on snow days. What makes it fun?
