Over the summer, the LES PTO researched and approved implementing a new online payment processing system - Pay4SchoolStuff (P4SS), a local company out of Falls Church, VA. P4SS includes customizable features, excellent customer service, and is user-friendly for parents. This process was created based on feedback from previous Activities registrations. By moving online, we hope to lessen the amount of volunteers needed to staff sign-ups and provide you with a more flexible and convenient payment option.
PAY 4 SCHOOL STUFF PARENT ACCOUNT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
On the Internet, navigate to www.pay4schoolstuff.com.
Click Log-In then Create Parent Account under the green log-in button.
In the Parent Account Set-Up Screen, enter requested information. Your Email Address will be your login/User ID.
Check your email for confirmation and click on link to Activate Your Account.
Once activated, click on Parent Options then Your Students to add your child(ren).
Enter First Name and Last Name of your student. NOTE: Student ID is not required.
Find School: (a) Select VA as State, (b) Loudoun as County, and (c) Leesburg Elem. as School Name.
Select your Student’s Grade.
Repeat Steps 7-10 for each additional student.
TO REGISTER FOR AFTERSCHOOL CLUBS
To register/buy something, click Select beside your student’s name and you will be taken to Item Selection screen.
Click Select beside Afterschool Clubs.
Read through the options (dates vary, some have grade restrictions) and make selections for your child. Click on Show Form to fill out permission/contact form for each activity. Participants in Running Club will select a t-shirt size.
Once these are completed, click on Add to Cart.
Once all selections are complete, Proceed to Cart.
Review your information and click orange Pay Now button.
Enter Billing Information and click orange Continue button.
Review Billing and Sign-Up information one more time, then click orange Pay button.
A receipt will be sent to your email.
