Dear Hillside Families:

 Welcome to all new and returning families. Many exciting events and programs are planned for this school year, and we look forward to a fantastic year at Hillside! With your support, we can continue our success at making this school the very best it can be for our children.

 Included in our first Friday Folders are a PTO membership form and a volunteer form. Please support the PTO  by returning the form and $15 membership fee today. New this year we are offering only a family membership with includes a copy of our school directory.  We are able to provide many wonderful things for the students and our school, and your membership fee helps to get things started.

 We have many passive fundraisers going on this year.    These are easy ways for you to support the PTO.   These include registering your grocery cards, clipping box tops, using our new Amazon link (see it here to the right), shopping with Market Day, turning in soup labels and redeeming coke rewards points.  For further details on these, please see the hand out in your first friday folder or you can find it under our forms and flyers link. 

 Please consider volunteering for one or more programs this year.  These programs can only continue with the strong support of volunteers, and it takes many volunteers to make them a success. All of the scheduled programs and events are listed on the form and include descriptions.   Please return the volunteer form as soon as possible. Within a few weeks, you will be contacted by the chairperson with more information. We appreciate any involvement you are willing to give toward making this year’s PTO a success!

 Please check our PTO website often we keep the calendar, information and forms up to date to help you stay up to date.  As always, we encourage new ideas and suggestions. Please come to a meeting, or contact any of the PTO officers any time. Our meetings are held on the first thursday of every month i the library.  Times alternate between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. We hope to see you there!
