Mrs. Chunta has completed fourteen successful years of teaching elementary children. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Chunta received her Master's degree in Reading and Literacy through Walden University.  She took her first teaching job at Hillside Elementary with Loudoun County Public Schools. Mrs. Chunta taught one year of special education and three years in second grade.

Mrs. Chunta is beginning her eleventh year at Hamilton Elementary. She taught 10 years of first grade and will be teaching second grade during the 2012 - 2013 school year.  Mrs. Chunta loves to watch children grow in all areas but especially reading and writing.
