|Mrs. Kathy Clark holds a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a M. Ed. in Education of the Hearing Impaired also from Bloomsburg University. She has taught at the Marie Katzenbach School for the Deaf in New Jersey in the lower, middle and upper schools. She also worked with the Parent Infant Program with the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. She has taught as a resource teacher and an itinerant Hearing Teacher. Her interests include swimming, running and spending time with her husband and three children.|
|Mr. Brian Simich graduated from a Deaf Education program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Deaf Education and Elementary Education. He enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding during the winter and traveling. He is looking forward to his fifth year at FHR. He is part of a large deaf family that includes his parents, his sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles and even cousins. He has hearing loss himself and believes that gives him special insight into helping children achieve their needs and goals in the education setting.|
|Ms. Ashley Thomas holds a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Mount St. Mary's University and currently resides in Frederick, MD. She was a first grade teacher during the 2014-2015 school year in Prince George's County in Maryland. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, and being outside. She joined the special education team in 2015 and is excited for her first year at Frances Hazel Reid.|
|Mrs. Mallory Cuddy holds a B.A. Degree in psychology from Quinnipiac University and a Masters in Special Education (mild to moderate disabilities) from Wheelock college. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is very excited to be teaching as a Learning Specialist in Kindergarten, First, and Second grade.|
|Ms. Angela Butler is a graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where she earned dual certification in both Elementary and Special Education. She recently completed her master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Children's Literature at Penn State University. Ms. Butler is from Everett, Pennsylvania, but has resided in Virginia for 2 years teaching 7th grade Math and then K-2 Special Education in Caroline County, Va. In her free time, Ms. Butler enjoys spending time with her family and friends, driving and playing with her pet hedgehog, Sonic. She will be teaching Special Education at FHR and is thrilled for the opportunity to work in Loudoun County Schools.|
Mrs. Hillary Glasscock is a graduate of Longwood University, where she earned a Master's degree in Special Education. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her son and traveling. She is very excited to start another year at Frances Hazel Reid!
