Supervisory / Custodial Fee Charged to Organization =  $33.00 per hour / 2-hour minimum.

 

Charges assessed at half-hour increments after 2-hour minimum.

 
                                                                      

             

REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT:
 
  1.  A completed facility use application must be received 10 days prior to the date of the requested use.  The organization requesting the facility use must comply with all school board policy, regarding the use of a LCPS school facility.
  2. Submitting an application does not guarantee use of the facility.  You will be notified regarding the status of your application and its approval or disapproval after receipt of the properly completed application.
