Mr. Phillips is very excited to join the River Bend team and looking forward to working with the outstanding students, community and staff. Mr. Phillips and his family recently relocated to Loudoun County from New Jersey. Mr. Phillips, and his wife, Lisa, reside in Brambleton with their two daughters, Katie and Jessica.

Experience:

Seven years as a school administrator at the elementary and middle school levels, New Jersey and Fairfax County
Seven years as a teacher of students with disabilities in Fairfax County
B.S. in Business from Penn State University
M.A. in Special Education from George Washington University
Ed.S. in Public Education Administration from Virginia Tech
