Eric Fritz - Assistant Principal
I am excited and privileged to join the River Bend Middle School community as assistant principal. I look forward to a great year of many achievements and fun!
Before becoming your assistant principal, I served as a dean and taught 7th and 8th grade Language Arts/English in Loudoun County. Prior to working in education, I was a lecture agent for nine years representing celebrities and securing speaking engagements for them around the country. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and a Master's degree in Education Leadership from George Mason University.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys (sixth and fifth graders), playing golf, reading, and rooting on the Pittsburgh Steelers towards yet another Super Bowl.
Parental support and involvement are leading factors in high achievement of middle school students. At River Bend, we welcome parent participation, guidance, and feedback. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, suggestions, or comments. My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org. Our phone number is 571.434.3220.
To the Ravens students – I am especially excited to join you on your journey through middle school. Along with your teachers and staff members, I will be here to watch, support, and challenge you to reach your goals. Don’t be afraid to try something new or different because you think you won’t be good at it. Chances are you won’t at first… and that is good! In order to be successful, you will need to make mistakes and learn from them. Easy is boring! Effort is what makes you smarter.
