·         Tomorrow morning, drop by the Mixing Bowl, where the final four faculty members square off in our annual chess tournament.  On one board, Mr. Snyder will be battling Mr. Varmecky.  Another epic battle will commence between Mr. Krepich and Mr. Long.  The Faculty Champion will compete against the student champion, Robert Fox, on day next week.  Stay tuned for results later today!  Good luck to all!

Shows are Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale NOW online, during all lunches next week, and at the door. Then you can pick a book you like during lunch.  There are no strings attached; just straight up giving and receiving.  The grade level seminar with the most books gets donuts on April 25.  Plus 175 random students will be given a golden ticket in seminar to come to a special reception in the cafeteria during seminar that morning.

·         Girls’ Tennis Announcement:  When you win a tiebreaker that means your opponent was tough and you were tougher.  That’s exactly what happened last night in thrilling singles and doubles competition against Dominion.  Maddy Coffman and Rachel Carlson were the stars of the court.  People of Loudoun Valley – when the new courts open up, you will want to see for yourself the thrilling level of play on the beautiful new venue.  You will get your money’s worth.  Stay tuned!
