Mission Statement

The professional school counseling program will provide equal opportunity to all students in creation and achievement of each student’s personally stated goals related to academic, career, and personal/social development.  Professional school counselors will act as team members in collaboration with all stakeholders while, providing a developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive learning environment.  The counseling program, aligned with the ASCA National Standards will help empower students to assist in meeting their full potential and encourage success at becoming productive citizens.
