Mrs. Brady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and a Masters degree in  Educational Leadership – Concentration: Math Specialist Leader from George Mason University.

In her 20 years as an educator, she has worked as an elementary Montessori teacher, a middle school teacher, and a high school teacher in California.  For the past five years she has worked as a homebound instructor of mathematics in Loudoun County.

Mrs.  Brady is looking forward to working as a Math Resource Teacher this year and being part of the fantastic charter staff of Frederick Douglass Elementary.
