Welcome Parents,

This webpage offers helpful information about heterogeneous English 8 classes.  For the 2012-2013 school year, honors and academic English 8 students will be instructed in the same classroom (heterogeneous classes).  We have formed a steering committee to carefully study the implementation of heterogeneous class methodologies in English 8 and to create a framework that facilitates communication, measurement, and consistent procedures and processes.  All committee positions are currently filled.  Committee meetings take place monthly and all meeting minutes will be posted on this webpage under the “Steering Committee Minutes” link.
