She looks forward to working hard to fulfill this mission. Vice President: Sally Fuller Sally Fuller is currently the President of the John Champe PTSA. I have two sons at John Champe and I enjoy serving on the PTSA because I get to see first hand how parental involvement really helps the students in their school. I have a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University. As a Navy wife for over 21 years, I have moved between Florida and California but have been in Northern Virginia for 11 years. I served as President of John Champe this past year and I have served as the Pinebrook Elementary PTA President in 2006-2007. I was Vice President for LEAP (Loudoun Education of Parents) for two years and have served for two years on the Stone Ridge 5K committee. I enjoy serving because I think it’s important to give back to one’s community through service. In addition, I feel in high school it’s so important to keep those lines of communication open between parent and student. PTSA is such a great way to meet that need. John Champe is such a wonderful high school and it is a privilege to be nominated. Treasurer: Heidi Rackoski Heidi Rackoski is currently serving as John Champe PTSA Treasurer. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors degree in accounting in 1987 and has been working in the field ever since.
