About Ms. Pedrick

I would like to take the time to tell you a little bit about myself, and express again how excited I am to be teaching at Meadowland Elementary.  I grew up in New Jersey and frequently return to visit my friends and family. I earned my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from West Virginia University. I enjoyed my college and student teaching experience and appreciated the opportunity to work with multiple grade levels.  After college I taught 5th grade in Niceville Florida for 3 years. The sun was great, but I missed my family, so I moved to Maryland and taught 3rd grade for two years.  Seeking more change and adventure I started teaching 4th grade in Loudoun County in 2010.  The past few years at Meadowland have been amazing. I really enjoyed working with the teachers and students. I had a great time participating in such events as Student/Teacher Basketball Game, Field Day, Family Fun Night and the Fourth Grade Play.  I am going to continue working with Newspaper Club and other fun clubs at school this year. Please contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to another great year in fourth grade!

I am very excited to be back at Meadowland for another wonderful year in 4th grade. I had a super summer and spent a lot of time with my family in New Jersey and Virginia. We went to the lake and the pool and had a blast! This year in fourth grade I look forward to learning all about Virginia, helping out with the Fourth Grade Play and taking part in activities such as the video conferences and STEM science projects. I also look forward to after school activities such as the Ice Cream Social, Flag Football and Family Fun Night. It is going to be an amazing year!
