Mrs. Schmidt

My name is Ann Schmidt, and I am very happy to be here at Little River. This is my twenty-first year in third grade. I also taught second grade for a year in Atlanta, Georgia. I spent three years in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada teaching everything from junior kindergarten through sixth grade. I am originally from Birmingham, AL. I have my Bachelors degree from Mississippi University for Women and my Masters degree from George Mason University. My husband and I live in South Riding. We have two great kids. Our daughter is a senior at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and our son is a junior at Freedom High School. I love to make learning exciting and fun. I look forward to meeting and working with all of you.
