Mary Jane Williams

A brief biography on Mrs. Mary Jane Williams. Upon her graduation from Potsdam State University in upstate New York, Mrs. Williams moved  to Virginia.  There, she began her teaching profession in August 1986  at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, Virginia. In August 2000, the move was made to Loudoun County to begin teaching at Stone Bridge High School, thus she was here when it opened.

She received her Social Studies Certification and B.A. in History from the State University of New York at Potsdam in May 1985, then went to the University of Virginia for her Masters of Education Degree, which was granted in May 1986.  During her tenure at Stone Bridge High School, she has worked on obtaining her special education certification plus "refresher" courses in many of the Global Studies Disciplines.  Her husband is a teacher at Stone Bridge High School and her son is a student is a Valley Viking.
