Sixth grade students will not be allowed to begin school on August 29, 2016, without documentation of one of the following:

    • Tdap vaccine
    • a tetanus-containing vaccine after the age of seven years
    • religious exemption or
    • a temporary medical exemption in writing from the physician because the student is not yet eleven and the physician chooses to administer the Tdap vaccine, Adacel.
