Ms. Gwinn-Casey
Ms. Gwinn-Casey is delighted to join the library staff at Belmont Ridge Middle School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English, from Stony Brook University and a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from The Catholic University of America.  Ms. Gwinn-Casey also studied Instructional Systems Development at The University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
Ms. Gwinn-Casey taught middle school language arts for six years in Anne Arundel County Public Schools and part-time English for Language Learners at a community college in Maryland. She and her family moved to Loudoun County, Virginia in 2002.  She has worked at J.L. Simpson Middle School as a library assistant for the past four years and is looking forward to a great year working with the students and faculty as a librarian at Belmont Ridge Middle School!
Mrs. Kessler 
Mrs. Kessler is thrilled to be at Belmont Ridge Middle School.  She is coming to us from Fairfax County where she was a librarian for the past six years. Before that, Mrs. Kessler was a special education teacher for eight and half years in Fairfax County and Henrico County. She is excited about joining the library staff and looking forward to the year ahead at Belmont Ridge Middle School.

Mrs. Kessler received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Pittsburgh.  She continued her education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where she received her Master’s Degree in Exceptionalities.  Most recently, Mrs. Kessler received her endorsement as a library media specialist from Radford University.
