My name is Ernest L. Simmons, Jr.

I am a native of North Carolina. I received my B.S. in Industrial Arts Education from Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina in 1981.

I started my teaching career in Loudoun County Public Schools in 1982, at Park View High School. I then taught at Seneca Ridge Middle School from 1988-90. I transferred to Broad Run High School in 1990 where I have remained until today.

I teach AutoCAD (Computer Assisted Drafting), Applied Technology II & III, and Aerospace in the Technology Education Department. I am also the Activities Director here at Broad Run and have held this position for the past 22 years.
