me I have been teaching in Loudoun County for several years, first as a special education teacher and now as a Technology Resource Teacher at Sterling Middle School.
I was born in New York City and after being in the United States Air Force I moved to Virginia. I have lived in New York, New Jersey, Wyoming, South Dakota, Texas, California, Washington, and Germany.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary & Special Education from Marygrove College and a Master's of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2010.

Currently my job consists of assisting teachers in the implementation of the LCPS technology plan, maintaining the Sterling Middle School website, trouble shooting technical issues, helping teachers with either OTTW projects or PBL projects and other on-line programs. I also have a wonderful group of students I meet with every day.

When not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughters, Alicia and Michelle, and a house full of animals.

The world we have created is a product of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.
