I have been teaching in Loudoun County for several years, first as a special education teacher and now as a Technology Resource Teacher at Sterling Middle School.
I was born in New York City and after being in the United States Air Force I moved to Virginia. I have lived in New York, New Jersey, Wyoming, South Dakota, Texas, California, Washington, and Germany.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary & Special Education from Marygrove College and a Master's of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2010.
Currently my job consists of assisting teachers in the implementation of the LCPS technology plan, maintaining the Sterling Middle School website and other on-line programs.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughters, Alicia and Michelle, and a house full of animals.
