I have been teaching in Loudoun County for several years, first as a special education teacher and now as a Technology Resource Teacher.
I was born in New York City and after being in the United States Air Force I moved to Virginia 16 years ago. I have lived in New York, New Jersey, Wyoming, South Dakota, Texas, California, Washington, and Germany.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary & Special Education from Marygrove College and a Master's of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2010.
Currently my job consists of assisting teachers in the implementation of the LCPS technology plan, maintaining the Sterling Middle School website and other programs.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughters Alicia and Michelle and a house full of animals.
