Magistra Weiskopf in Rome.

Latin didn't die. It evolved like a Pokemon. Rattata becomes Raticate, and Latin became French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Romanian!

Although my mother told me that I would enjoy Latin, I took Spanish through high school.  It was not until college that I fell under the spell of things classical.  My undergraduate degree is from Bard College, and my graduate degree is from Rutgers University.  I have several years experience teaching in public and private schools.  I have also worked as an editor on Capital Hill.

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my daughter (when she isn't at college!) and my cat who is named Sneaky. I love reading, drinking tea, and eating dark chocolate - often at the same time! I keep a Christmas tree up all year; I decorate it for the seasons, holidays, and other important dates (such as an Ides of March tree).

I am at River Bend on A days; I am at Seneca Ridge on B days.
