Mr. Simms has been teaching and coaching in Loudoun County for his entire teaching career of 35 years.  Mr. Simms a graduate of Loudoun Valley High in Purcellville.  Mr. Simms a graduate of Kentucky State University, and has pursured graduate work at George Mason University.  Mr. Simms has been coaching Girl's Basketball for the past 14 years, wiith 7 district titles, 1 Regiional championship, and 6 state appearances, while amassing over 200 wins with 3 undefeated seasons.  Mr. Simms has been teaching here at Park View since its opening in 1976, and has taught American History, Sociology, Government, and Minority Studies.  Mr. Simms has enjoyed his career and witnessed a booming change in the Loudoun County Public Schools over the past 35 years and to this day enjoys the career of his choice.
