A  North Carolina native, Mrs. Williams attended Shaw University and majored in Communications.  She earned a Master of Architecture from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.  Mrs. Williams is AutoCAD certified and is currently the Department Chair of Career and Technical Education (CTE) .
