Mr. Israel is an America Sign Language Teacher at Dominion High School and Potomac Falls High School with Loudoun County Public School in Virginia. He has a Bachelors degree in America Sign Language from Gallaudet University. He has been teaching America Sign Language for Special Education for 12 years in Washington, D.C. Also he has been tutoring ASL Students at Montgomery College for 4 years and has been an ASL interpreter with Deaf-Blind clients in the Deaf Community of the Washington, D.C., area for three years.

Mr. Israel is working on his Master Degree in America Sign Language and Deaf Studies with Lamar University.
