Mrs. Gretchen Mostero

Please allow me a few minutes to introduce myself.  My name is Gretchen Mostero.  This is my 6^th year at ERMS, my 11^th year in working as a middle school counselor in LCPS, and my 15^th year serving as a school counselor.  I am extremely excited to be getting to know a new group of 6^th grade students and parents.     

I am originally from Beckley, West Virginia, and a big WVU football fan.  I graduated from West Virginia University in 1997 with a Master of Arts in Counseling, and have been working in this capacity since graduation.  I am truly proud to be a Mountaineer!

Prior to working in the school system, I worked as a Social Worker in both inpatient and outpatient facilities for 5 years.  I have always wanted to be in helping profession, and truly love working with children this age group.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever need any assistance regarding your child or a guidance matter.
