Ms. Mathews is extremely excited to be teaching 9th grade English at the Freedom Annex for the 2011-2012 school year! She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Liberal Arts/English from Radford University and is currently working towards a Master's of Education degree from George Mason University. She has a teaching license and certification for 6th-12th grade English/Language Arts. Ms. Mathews is one of the freshman class co-sponors. When she is not teaching, Ms. Mathews enjoys reading, dancing, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
